Joe gained his twenty-plus years of business and management experience in such diverse companies as Cooper Vision, Coherent, Contract Office Group, Consolidated Publications and E-Book Systems. Joe’s wide range of business skills are ideally suited for running a small business with his many years experience in accounting, logistics, operations and office management. Joe is deeply committed too, and is highly regarded for his managing skills. Joe has managed upwards of thirty direct reports and being able to do so while being the kind of fair and pleasant manager we all like to work for.
Joe finished his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from University of Phoenix in 2002 in order to technically prepare for taking over the helm of DataRebels.
Mybrid Spalding

Responsible for Product Development, Statements of Work, Project Estimates & Implementing Software
Mybrid gained his management experience during his first career of ten-years in retail and supply chain sales and management. He then went to back to school and gained his software engineering training while attaining two degrees at UC Berkeley. Mybrid then spent five years at Charles Schwab heading up large projects such as a Linux migration for a million lines of code before founding DataRebels with Joe.
In 1998, Mybrid completed subsequent Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from the Department of Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley where he worked for three years as a research assistant and managed the technical aspects of the DataSplash research project.
